The 2022 Youth of the Year Luncheon was held at the beautiful Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel on June 23rd 2022. Devon Walsh was the master of ceremonies for the program.
The program featured speakers such as distinguished alumni Leavie D. King, III and former Youth of the Year Kelsie Fogarty. STEM program assistant and Miss Mobile Bay 2022 Brianna Burrell opened the event with a song.
During lunch, all of the Youth of the Year finalists spoke, including 2022 Youth of the Year Brooklyn Rowell from the Semmes Branch. There was also a special presentation to the family of Isaiah Dickerson in his honor as a distinguished alumnus. Entertainment was provided by the Gilliard Club Cheerleaders and the Foley Club Ensemble. Nothing Bundt Cakes supplied delicious cakes for those attending. We are grateful to our many supporters who made the event possible.
