Boys & Girls Clubs of South Alabama welcomed golfers, sponsors, volunteers and community supporters to the 35th Annual Lexus Mayors’ Cup Golf Tournament on Thursday, September 24, at Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Magnolia Grove.
The annual tournament brought the community together for a day on the course while supporting BGCSA and the young people we serve throughout South Alabama.
We were honored to have Mobile Mayor Spiro Cheriogotis join us for the tournament, along with members of the Mobile Optimist Club and many longtime friends and supporters of Boys & Girls Clubs of South Alabama.
A special thank you goes to Lexus of Mobile for its continued support of the Mayors’ Cup and BGCSA. We are also grateful to each of our sponsors, golfers and supporters who helped make this year’s tournament possible. Several individuals and organizations who were unable to participate in the tournament still chose to support BGCSA through donations, and we greatly appreciate their generosity.
The tournament also would not have been possible without the people working behind the scenes. Volunteers helped with registration and activities throughout the day, including volunteers from Southeast Toyota Finance who gave their time to help the event run smoothly.
